Important Shipping Notice!
Due to high demand for the Linta Pro, our standard delivery times are currently extended to approximately 3-4 weeks. We are working diligently to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
What currencies do you accept, and do you ship internationally?
Yes, we proudly ship the Linta Pro worldwide. All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollars).
I just placed an order. When will I receive my tracking number?
We aim to process and ship your Linta Pro within 7-14 business days. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number 3-5 business days after your order has shipped. Total delivery time is estimated at 3-4 weeks from the purchase date.
If I don’t have a tracking number after 7 business days, what should I do?
Please email us directly at support@wishtik.com with your order number, and we will personally ensure your order is on track.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee on all Linta Pro purchases if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us for a return authorization. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they enter the shipping process. If your Linta Pro has already shipped, please follow the steps outlined in our Returns Policy above.
I entered the wrong shipping address. How can I fix it?
Simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct mailing address immediately. You can also notify us at support@wishtik.com. We can often correct the address if notified within 24 hours of purchase, but cannot guarantee changes or refunds after that window if the order has been processed.
